Bergen, 01 October 2011 James Hosea and Patricia Schreuder, both founding members of the Society, have been granted status as honorary members. At the Autumn Ceilidh, James was presented with a framed tartan as a token of appreciation for the many ways in which he has served the Society from its beginnings in 2005. As Pat was unable to attend this event, she will receive a framed tartan some time in the future. Bergens Tidene newspaper published an article a few days after the event. The newspaper in James' hometown, the Helensburgh Advertiser, published its own article a few weeks later, after interviewing the proud recipient.
