Here is a news round up on what the Society is up to
The Society has an active programme of events, and has been fortunate enough to gain some press coverage as a result of some of its activities and those of its members.
Highlights include: helping initiate the production of haggis in Bergen, by bringing together award-winning Portobello butcher Joe Findlay, with Bergen butcher Solheim Kjøtt; bringing the Loretto School Pipeband to Bergen for the 2006 autumn ceilidh; introducing Norwegian to Scottish Christmas traditions; and starting Bergen's first Pipeband.
