Tartan products

A range of products is available in the Bergen Scottish tartan

The tartan is woven by specialist tartan weavers D. C. Dalgleish Ltd, based in Selkirk in the Scottish Borders. A range of products in the Bergen Scottish tartan are available for purchase. The items currently available are as follows:

• Tartan tie
  Handsome ties for smart or casual wear.
  Pure new wool, lined. 132cm long.

• Tartan scarf
  Silky feel and superb appearance.
  Pure new wool, fringed ends, large sett pattern. 26cm x 132cm

Kilt or skirt
In addition, lengths of material can be purchased for making kilts, skirts and other items. The cost for lengths of Bergen Scottish tartan material is 500 kr per metre.

If you are interested in ordering a kilt or skirt in the Bergen Scottish tartan, the Society can recommend a kiltmaker in Scotland that can produce a garment tailor-made to your measurements. The Society will sell you the required amount of material (from 4-6 meters) and you then pay the kiltmaker for producing the kilt or skirt.
